Roundtable:  Historic District Stewardship
Thursday, April 23, 2009
6:30 pm
North Fairlington Community Center

Could actions taken in and around Fairlington threaten our historic designation?  Join us for a community roundtable discussion on stewardship of the Fairlington Historic District at the North Fairlington Community Center (3005 South Abingdon Street) at 6:30 pm.  Michael Leventhal, Historic Preservation Coordinator for Arlington County will be the featured speaker, and he will answer questions about what it means to live in and maintain historic properties.

Recent discussions regarding the HOT lanes on I-395 and some association maintenance issues make this a timely subject.  FHS hopes the Roundtable will help provide some context within which to consider such issues.
